Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Job Description We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Brooklyn, NY who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessments. Conduct medication management. Work closely with general adult and/or child and adolescent populations, including high‑functioning patients. Offer therapeutic services in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated behavioral health care. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of direct PMHNP experience required. Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy. Full‑time availability (40 hours per week). Hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Valid Nursing and Nurse Practitioner credentials. Benefits Competitive compensation range: $140,000 to $208,000 per year. Unlimited/uncapped earnings model based on productivity. Sign‑on bonus and bonus incentive plan.
