Machine Operator in Monongahela, PA
We are seeking a motivated machine operator to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to work with CNC machinery in an industrial metal-making shop.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, G and M codes.
- Utilize calipers and micrometers for precision measurements.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain operational efficiency.
Essential skills:
- Experience in CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand G and M code.
- Familiarity with calipers and micrometers.
Additional skills & qualifications:
- Basic understanding of lathe operations.
- Experience in machine operation or maintenance technician roles is advantageous.

Work environment:
Work in an industrial metal-making shop with a daylight shift. Flexible start times include 4am-12pm, 5am-1pm, or 6am-2pm. Initial training will align with the current CNC Lead's schedule.

Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.36 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
