The Chief Credit Officer will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the credit risk management function, including the design, execution, and communication of credit policies, and maintaining a strong credit culture across various lending units. Applicants for the Chief Credit Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with additional training in lending, compliance, examination, or audit. A minimum of 10 years' experience in consumer, real estate, or commercial lending, preferably within a banking environment, is required.
