About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Human Resources to lead the HR function within the Department of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain staff across various divisions. This role involves overseeing all HR activities, managing the HR division's day-to-day operations, and ensuring that HR goals and action plans align with the department's overall strategies. The Chief of HR will also be tasked with conducting research on organizational trends, analyzing results, and implementing necessary changes. Applicants for the Chief of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR management, organizational development, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years' of experience in HR, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in general HR functions, including recruitment and retention, classification and compensation, learning and professional development, employee benefits, policy and compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze data, develop metrics, and manage multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining effective working relationships. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential for this leadership position.
