The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing innovative software and data management solutions for the organ and tissue recovery and processing community. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operationally savvy leader, working closely with the Board of Directors and the leadership team to identify and pursue opportunities that support the organization's long-term success and growth. This includes shaping and advancing services and technologies that deliver leading-edge solutions for the community. The CEO will be responsible for the overall operations, ensuring effective and efficient management, and will be expected to engage the organization in a highly collaborative manner, driving strong performance and exceptional service. The role demands a strong understanding of product development, the ability to lead within a software development organization, and insight into business development and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a blend of executive leadership and operational expertise, with a focus on IT development processes to shape strategy and drive product and platform design. A clear and decisive product mindset, paired with a customer-service orientation, is essential, as is the ability to build and sustain deep relationships with customers, particularly within the organ procurement community. The CEO will also be responsible for modeling and instilling strong customer engagement skills across the organization.
