About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Investments to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's investment strategy, with a focus on open-air retail real estate. This role involves leading a team of investment professionals, managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and ensuring that the firm's capital is deployed in line with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include directing the deployment of fund equity, building and leveraging industry relationships, and owning the company's underwriting and due diligence standards. The SVP will also be tasked with structuring and negotiating a variety of real estate transactions and collaborating with other divisions to support the investment process. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant real estate investment role, a proven track record in successful investments and portfolio management, and a deep understanding of discretionary fund economics. The role requires exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be willing to travel as necessary.
