Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Associate – Islander on Folly!

Islander , located in the heart of Folly Beach, SC, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Retail Sales Associates. If you’re ready to dive into the world of retail with no prior experience required, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Retail Sales Associate at Islander , you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
