Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and effective remote interactions with clients.

• A supportive demeanor that conveys empathy, understanding, and compassion for clients’ experiences.

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote setting.
