This position is also responsible for making repairs and performing preventative maintenance.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Repair building equipment as needed due to failure and/or inconsistent operation.Responsible for the preventive maintenance of specialized equipment such as but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing and Boilers.Perform preventive maintenance on the facility and grounds as needed.Know and understand emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure.Responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility and all grounds.Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contactsAccept and adapt easily to changeEnsure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission StatementOperate job-related equipment with or without an accommodationMeet physical demands of job with or without an accommodationPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and assigned task satisfactorily.
