Base Pay $21.00 - $24.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt - FT Required Degree High school Manage Others No Contact Information Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Email View email address on click.appcast.io Description Enter vehicle and sale information from arriving checks and placing them in payment received status. Receives all incoming checks. Ensures that all checks are dated, signed, and correct funds on each donation is received. If the funds are incorrect, a phone call /email to confirm that additional funds will be issued by the AH or vendor and is required to be notated. Files all donor information and sales backup paperwork. Create filing labels. Responsible for keeping filing cabinets and backup paperwork organized. Creates and maintains files for backup paperwork sent in prior to payment checks from auction houses and tow companies. Follow procedures for shredding documents and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive donor information. Assist in other accounting functions as needed. Assist with Real Estate donation document preparation, upload and data entry. Yearly Duties Manage ‘as needed’ transfer of all paper backup in filing drawers into boxes. Label boxes for proper storage.
