Must have exceptional customer service skills. Must have excellent phone etiquette. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be punctual, dependable and reliable. Must have strong computer aptitude, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
