TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Technician position in San Antonio, TX.Overall PurposeEnsure site team is fulfilling missions as related to quality servicesPromote positive changes and training at site pertaining to quality servicesProactively recognize additional quality services and recommend to customerSupport and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMSReports toRegional Manager/Director of OperationsResponsibilitiesClient relationship & Business developmentEnsures client satisfaction and building of solid relationships.Ensures clear and transparent communication to all team members at the siteProvides information on new client opportunities (to Sales teams) pertaining to operations Serves as liaison with client members pertaining to special client request OperationsExecutes assessments/audits as per guidelines on ongoing missionsMonitors site quality missions for proper documentation/information Makes sure quality tools and equipment are up-to-date, with accurate informationEnsures continuous improvement to optimize quality service within the siteDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidentsMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Organization & managementAssists/monitors overall services provided within site on a daily basis Assists in the development/training of site teams to assist with quality service as related to missionsPromotes workplace improvements and development Technical Assists in pulling additional quality resources when needed to anticipate and address client needsAssists in developing additional quality expertise on site as needed Other Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilitiesHard skillsFull proficiency in local languageProficiency in EnglishComputer skills – Office and OutlookWork Instruction WritingSix Sigma methodology a bonusCorrective Action writingDetail-oriented, resourceful and diligentStrong time management and organizational skillsSound judgment and problem-solving skillsValues & attitudesGlobal team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen- mindedExcellenceReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousCustomer focusClient orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousInnovativeDaringWork experienceOverall recommendations Minimum of 2 years' experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment.
