Commercial Escrow Officer / Assistant (Commercial Transactions) Location: Southlake, TX | Hybrid (after ramp) COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $75,000 – $80,000 annual salary DOE Quarterly profit sharing Referral bonuses Full-time | Direct Hire ROLE IMPACT This role supports national commercial escrow operations by managing full-cycle transactions and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closings. The Commercial Escrow Officer / Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating multiple files simultaneously, supporting complex transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is ideal for an experienced escrow professional ready to handle commercial transactions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
