District Operations Manager – Orlando, FL Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Pay Range : [[cust_StartingPayRate]] per hour to [[cust_MaxPayRate]] per hour. Job Summary This is a great opportunity to become a leader in a growth‑minded company. We are seeking a District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations and support our business. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for drivers and internal teams, addressing day‑to‑day operational questions and resolving issues. Ensure successful execution of all routes by monitoring completion, identifying gaps, and taking corrective action as needed. Review end‑of‑day reports and operational data to verify service completion, identify discrepancies, and drive accountability. Partner with district leadership and data analysts to review performance metrics, analyze trends, and support operational improvements. Support, manage, and provide direction to route drivers, reinforcing service standards, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with route supervisors to ensure adequate route coverage, assist with escalations, and support special projects or operational needs. Support and, as needed, cover assigned vending and water delivery routes to ensure continuity of service. Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations in accordance with company standards. Restock machines, rotate inventory, and maintain product quality and presentation. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years of related experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
