This role is focused on executing high-volume packaging production with precision, consistency, and accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured production environment, enjoys working with established design systems, and has a strong understanding of print production and packaging workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a production-focused designer who excels at managing multiple SKUs, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering production-ready assets. Responsibilities Execute packaging files with precision, ensuring all artwork is production-ready. Create and update packaging labels, instruction manuals, inserts, and other print collateral. Manage artwork revisions, version control, and rolling updates across multiple product lines. Prepare print-ready files, including bleeds, color accuracy, typography, alignment, and production specifications. Maintain organized digital file systems to support efficient production and future updates. Extend approved packaging designs across multiple SKUs while maintaining consistency. Apply established visual systems while ensuring clear differentiation between product variants. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to meet project deadlines. Ensure all packaging files meet printer and manufacturing requirements. Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy across all production deliverables. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in packaging design, production design, or print production. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and production workflows. Ability to manage high-volume production work within structured design systems. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
