Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Alaska license at time of submission Flu vaccination required Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab Valid driver‘s license required

Assignment Details

40 hours a week Shifts vary Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
