Marketing Manager
A consumer-focused brand is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide immediate support across brand, digital, content, and social media. This is a hands-on role for a versatile marketer who can confidently manage both large initiatives and day-to-day execution.
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Schedule: Hybrid; on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Type: Temporary/Contract (W2)
Pay: $40–$50/hour What You'll Do
- Support the execution of brand and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage website updates and content through a CMS
- Create and adapt marketing content using Canva
- Support social media content, scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day channel management
- Coordinate with external agency partners on paid media initiatives
- Take ownership of projects both large and small while keeping priorities, timelines, and deliverables organized
- Proactively identify gaps, ask thoughtful questions, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing, brand, or digital marketing experience
- Strong CMS experience
- Experience creating and adapting content using Canva
- Hands-on social media management and publishing experience
- Familiarity with paid media and experience collaborating with an external agency
- Highly organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
