Emergency Medicine APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner)

Overview This role is for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at a Freestanding Emergency Department. The ED operates 24/7 and serves all ages, with on-site critical care transport, and is supported by an on-site medical office building with outpatient clinics. The ED is designated acute-stroke ready by MIEMSS and can evaluate, stabilize, and treat individuals with stroke symptoms. An on-site Behavioral Health hospital with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services is available. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, attentive, and quality emergency care in a 24/7 Freestanding ED setting. Collaborate with Physicians as clinical colleagues with support through local, regional, and national APP leadership. Utilize on-site resources and teams, including the critical care transport team and on-site outpatient clinics, to deliver comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner sought for the department. Compensation and Benefits Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $68/hr - $95/hr plus comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% practice-funded 401(k). APP Incentive Units: $33,000 after 2 years of employment and completion of the USACS APP Academy. 401(k): Industry-leading, practice-funded 401(k).
