Schedule: Full Time - 5x8 Shifts available: Day/Evening Variable, Evening, and Night
Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements: LPN license BLS certification through AHA High School Diploma or GED
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect resident care as per the plan of care and within the scope of practice. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents; respond promptly to call lights and alarms. Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal delivery and feeding as necessary. Report changes in resident status to the Charge Nurse promptly. Maintain documentation according to protocols.
Compliance / Notes: Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is anticipated; tasks may involve contact with blood or body fluids.
