As a Sales Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of sales success. Mentoring and coaching a team of developing sales representatives, you'll help talented professionals strengthen their sales skills, expand customer relationships, and build sustainable, profitable territories. Your influence will directly impact both your team's career growth and the long-term success of the business. HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED

Success in this role means developing a team of high-performing sales representatives who consistently achieve growth, build profitable account portfolios, and advance toward top-tier sales performance. You'll coach, train, provide accountability, and engage in the field while helping representatives achieve higher-level success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure

• Accelerate representative growth in selling skills, product expertise, and service-based value selling

• Conduct impactful field training and customer-facing coaching, while developing sales professionals to achieve significant productivity growth with the expectation of approximately doubling average rep production during their tenure on your team and preparing them for advancement along our standard performance track

• Help representatives build profitable, sustainable account bases and long-term customer relationships

• Drive account growth through effective pipeline management and disciplined sales execution

• Conduct regular performance reviews, development discussions, and career coaching conversations

• Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans that improve results

• Reinforce accountability through structured planning, follow-up, and performance management

• Maintain a personal book of business valued at $100,000

• Foster a culture focused on growth, professionalism, customer success, and operational excellence

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven record of achievement in sales and sales leadership

• 5+ years of demonstrably successful business development and sales experience

• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing talent

• Strong ability to support performance through training, accountability, and field partnership

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred
