Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 3–5 Sales Advisors . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for onboarding, coaching, performance management, and driving revenue through effective sales processes, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, improving sales performance, and leading by example. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Sales Advisors.
• Conduct onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales coaching.
• Review sales calls and provide feedback to improve closing skills, objection handling, and customer experience.
• Develop and refine sales scripts, product positioning, and sales tools.
• Track and manage KPIs including calls, conversions, close rates, revenue, and follow-up activity.
• Monitor pipeline health and support lead distribution.
• Promote company products, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Handle escalated customer situations when needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Prior sales management or sales operations experience required.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, scripting, objection handling, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume sales organization is preferred.

Base salary $60,000 to $80,000 plus monthly bonus.
