Now Hiring: Full‑Time Licensed Salon Manager SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily salon operations * Provide exceptional guest services * Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele * Drive profitability and retail performance * Recruit, hire, train, and support staff * Handle staff relations and client concerns * Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services Qualifications: * Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License * Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) * Leadership and customer service skills * Ability to motivate and develop others * Strong communication and basic administrative skills * Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals Compensation & Benefits: * Average earnings of $25-$45/hr.
