Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Bella Cosa Jewelers is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to execute our digital marketing strategy across paid advertising, email marketing, social media, website merchandising, and search engine optimization. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, you'll help tell Bella Cosa's story online while driving traffic, engagement, appointments, and sales. What You'll Do Digital Advertising Develop, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies. Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI. Report campaign performance and recommendations to the Marketing Manager. Email Marketing Manage the annual email marketing calendar. Build and maintain customer segments in Klaviyo. Develop audience-based testing strategies to improve engagement. Write compelling subject lines and email copy. Coordinate creative with the Graphic Designer. Build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns. Social Media Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives. Monitor engagement and optimize content strategy. Manage paid social media promotions. Stay current with emerging social media trends. Website & SEO Create and update landing pages for promotions and events, no coding required. Upload products, photography, and promotional content. Coordinate website merchandising to support key selling seasons. Develop SEO-focused blog content to improve organic search rankings. Optimize website content and user experience. Add appointment and event pages for store events. Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements. Manage online appointment scheduling and digital customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of digital marketing experience. Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience with Klaviyo email marketing. Working knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools. Familiarity with website content management systems. Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience managing campaigns above 10k a month.
