Full-Time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist - $18.50/hr

The Role: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will manage a high-volume of inbound calls, ensuring every detail is captured accurately and relayed with care. You are the "peace of mind" for our clients.

Starting Pay: $16 base pay. Make $18.50/hour when you meet our Perfect Attendance policy

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (read/write/speak)
