The job involves: Ensuring all floors, carpets, elevators, and windows are maintained to hotel standards Restocking guest room amenities, cleaning products and supplies Delivering and removing cots, fridges, cribs and microwaves to guest rooms Inspecting and reporting any equipment damage or malfunction Assisting with the disposal of garbage Lifting up to 20 pounds pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift Cleaning and maintaining smoking or non‑smoking rooms when needed Responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner Work safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: Previous work experience cleaning common areas and stocking amenities in guest rooms Sense of urgency, accountability and a high level of integrity and confidentiality Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Ability to meet deadlines We confirm that we do not use AI in screening of applicants, and this position is an existing vacancy.
