- # Pricing Senior Manager BFMApply: Remote, PA, United States of America: Full time: Posted Today: REQ576391**What success looks like in this role:****Role Summary**We are seeking an experienced Pricing Expert to lead pricing strategy and commercial modeling for complex, global IT services deals. This role will partner closely with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams to develop competitive, value-driven pricing that maximizes profitability while aligning with client outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of IT commercial models, and a high degree of AI fluency, leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance pricing effectiveness and speed.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead pricing for large, complex IT services deals - Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned to client value and market benchmarks - Build financial models covering cost, revenue, and profitability - Design and apply pricing models (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based) - Translate solutions into quantified business value - Leverage AI and analytics to improve pricing insights and automation - Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance stakeholders - Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement**Key Skills**- Advanced financial modelling (Excel) - Strong understanding of cost drivers and pricing levers - AI literacy and ability to leverage automation tools - Commercial and strategic thinking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management**Key Success Factors**- Strong commercial mindset and focus on profitability - Ability to operate in fast-paced bid environments - High attention to detail and ownership - Continuous learning mindset, especially in AI and automation**Why Join Us**- Work on high-impact global deals - Be at the forefront of AI-First pricing transformation - Collaborate with leadership across Finance and Technology - Shape future pricing models and strategies**You will be successful in this role if you have:**- 6-8 years in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, deal desk - Experience in IT services / technology sector - Proven support for large-scale bids and deal negotiations - AI in business context (use of GenAI / Copilot / analytics tools) - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business. MBA preferred.This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
