What You'll Do Organize and coordinate administrative / accounting duties and plant office procedures Support Plant Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory Coordinate with CMC Master Data for new vendor requests or changes Support regulatory or compliance activities with local or state entities Accurately reviews and approves employee hours thorough the online Kronos time keeping system Collaborate in a team environment – Working with Sales, Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Safety and Maintenance departments on a regular basis Complete additional duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers Knowledge of a broad range of business processes in a complex company (e.g. Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, Security, etc.) Ability to work independently, be self-driven and apply creative problem-solving skills SAP experience is a plus Your Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or a related field preferred We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
