$20 - $25 hourly

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to align with company goals and drive business growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze and interpret sales performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver clear, insightful sales reports and presentations for management review.

• 5+ years of sales experience , ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities , fostering high-performance sales teams.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
