About the Position
Hematology/Oncology in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
Practice comprehensive Hematology and Oncology at a community-focused cancer program where physician relationships, patient care, and quality of life are equally valued. This opportunity offers a manageable pace, strong multidisciplinary support, and the flexibility to shape your practice while serving a region where your expertise can make a meaningful difference.
Practice Details
- Join a collaborative team of oncologists and advanced practice providers
- Practice mix is approximately 70% oncology and 30% hematology
- Supported by nurse navigators, certified oncology nurses, and full infusion services
- Work closely with radiation oncology, surgery, and imaging teams
- Minimal call structure with flexibility to tailor your clinical focus
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling with the option for a four-day workweek
- Average daily volume of 10 to 15 patients
- Balanced mix of outpatient care and inpatient consults
- Minimal weekend and call responsibilities
- Opportunities to participate in research and educational roles through regional programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with wRVU productivity incentives and a generous signing incentive
- Relocation assistance and annual CME allowance provided

- Two hundred hours of paid time off with rollover options
Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Open to physicians at all career stages
- Comfortable managing both outpatient and inpatient oncology care
- Committed to patient-centered, team-based cancer treatment
