This new facility will bring the same expertise, state-of-the-art technology, and compassionate care to a broader area, making critical and specialized treatments more accessible to pet owners. With this expansion, GCVS continues its mission of enhancing the well-being of animals and supporting the communities that love them.

About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Compensation

$18 - $20 depending on experience

• + $3/hr weekend differential
• +$2/hr overnight differential

Schedule

• Full Time (rotating schedule available)
• Week 1: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12am
• Week 2: Sunday, Friday, Saturday 2pm - 2am
