SaaS Software Account Manager(s)

Collinwood is assisting our client, aglobal leader in tax compliance technology, in their effort to hire multiple levels of Account Managers (Enterprise-Level, Strategic Account-Level, etc.). In one of these roles, you will work with an international team to sell solutions to a critical compliance problem that customers need — what you sell is critical to keeping their business compliant around the world.

What you will do:

• Generate new business opportunities while managing internal support resources and working full sales cycle opportunities from initial contact to close, including up-sell/cross-sell
• Develop and execute an account-based commercial strategy to increase sales opportunities and retain customers
• Create and nurture executive and C-Suite relationships with clients
• Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in assigned territory while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and relevant quotas
• Grow and manage a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth
• Build a year-over-year record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the tax compliance industry and the emerging competitive landscape
• Leverage AI-powered sales tools and data insights to sharpen forecasting, identify opportunities, and accelerate deal cycles
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic decision-making

What we need from you:

Please note that years of experience and prior quota attainment (revenue/book of business) will differ based on the target title/level you are being considered for.

• 10+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based or software solutions to large multinational organizations with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
• Proven targeting, prospecting, and closing xhyhwjd skills while achieving or exceeding revenue quotas
• Ability to relate and present to C-Suite level stakeholders
• Highly analytical approach to defining client outcomes and articulating value
• Ability to use facts and data to tell a story that leads to sales
• Proven ability to create energy and focus in a highly matrixed team environment
• Comfort working with AI tools to support pipeline management, client research, and sales productivity
• Ability to travel for client and prospect meetings, trade shows, and sales team events
• Successful candidates will be required to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
