Job Description: General Affairs Assistant (Entry level, Bilingual English/Korean) Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented General Affairs Assistant to join our management and general affairs team at a dynamic construction company in Texas. This is an entry-level position designed for early-career professionals with less than one year of experience who are eager to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced corporate environment. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our daily operations—handling asset and fleet management, office procurement, compliance audits, and employee housing support. If you possess strong organizational skills, are comfortable working in a dynamic setting, and are ready to learn and grow alongside a dedicated team. Asset & Fleet Management: Manage company rental vehicles, golf carts, and UTVs—including scheduling, exchanges, pickups, coordination of routine maintenance, and VIP vehicle assignments. Compliance & Auditing: Maintain accurate speaker/equipment operation logs, request and manage necessary site permits, and conduct monthly audits of company assets (vehicles, carts, and UTVs). Procurement & Inventory: Purchase and organize office supplies, safety materials, and equipment. Manage monthly office utility environments (drinking water, copy machines, pantry supplies, etc.). Employee Housing Support: Assist with managing and coordinating company-provided employee apartments. Reporting & Administration: Regularly report purchasing status and administrative updates to management, while completing other tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Associate’s Degree or higher. Experience: Less than 1 year of experience (Entry-level welcome; ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals). Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Korean (Required for smooth communication with internal teams and stakeholders). Work Schedule: Flexible working hours; ability to work overtime or adjust schedules when required due to the fast-paced nature of construction operations.
