Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 18 months of OR experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Strong background in ENT and neuro Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months OR experience - Strong ENT and neuro experience Description: Candidates must have 18 months of experience in the operating room. Strong expertise in ENT and neuro is required. There are no fixed or blocked call schedules. Weekend shifts will be assigned in an alphabetical rotation and can be either days or nights. The department has a requirement of 4-6 late/call shifts per 6-week schedule. This includes 1-2 lates per week, 1 overnight call from 11 PM to 7 AM, and up to 24 hours of weekend call in a 6-week block. One major holiday and two minor holidays will be required (day or night shift). RN candidates may perform charge duties on any off shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Only 1 week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract.
