Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing both standardized assessments and observational insights.

Create tailored treatment plans that align with both immediate and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.

Deliver individualized speech therapy services emphasizing communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate effectively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans.

Provide education and encouragement to patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond therapy sessions.

Support occasional assessments and interventions for inpatient speech therapy, ensuring seamless transitions across the care continuum.

Keep meticulous and timely records consistent with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Continuously enhance your expertise through ongoing education and peer engagement in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of employment.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across all age groups.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capability to adapt therapy strategies to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Solid clinical judgment and effective problem-solving skills.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and documentation requirements.
