We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support Personal Injury matters for a Long-term Contract position based in Dallas, Texas. This role will work closely with attorneys throughout the life of each case, helping keep matters organized, moving on schedule, and prepared for key deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling complex discovery tasks, coordinating with multiple parties, and contributing to trial readiness in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee litigation files from the initial response stage through trial, ensuring records, deadlines, and case materials remain accurate and accessible.

• Research factual backgrounds and assemble organized timelines that help attorneys evaluate developments and prepare case strategy.

• Coordinate with external service providers and document vendors to support high-volume productions and related case needs.

• Maintain calendars for court dates, depositions, and other milestones while communicating scheduling updates with clients and opposing counsel.

• Support the discovery process by preparing requests, arranging subpoenas, tracking responses, and assisting with deposition logistics.

• Review, organize, and manage substantial document collections using litigation support and case management platforms.

• Contribute to the preparation and proofreading of pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and other legal filings, including citation verification.

• Help attorneys prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial by organizing exhibits, assembling materials, and providing on-site support when needed.

• Experience supporting civil litigation matters in a paralegal capacity.
• Working knowledge of discovery procedures, document review, and trial preparation activities.
• Proficiency with case management software and electronic document platforms.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain organized case calendars across multiple matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when drafting, reviewing, and cite-checking legal documents.
• Ability to handle large-volume document productions with accuracy and efficiency.
