Litigation Paralegal (personal injury)

Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities Provide comprehensive litigation support to a team of attorneys, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and organizing and maintaining case files. Utilize legal case management software to manage and track case progress. Ensure legal compliance in all activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to personal injury cases. Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct detailed client and witness interviews, and prepare detailed notes and reports on these interviews. Assist in the preparation for depositions, mediations, and trials. Coordinate and manage E-Discovery processes. Utilize iManage for document and email management. Provide bilingual Spanish support in client communications and document translation. Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with at least 2 years focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation. Proficiency in Legal Case Management Software, iManage, and E-Discovery tools. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to translate legal documents and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients. Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulations related to personal injury cases. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
