What We’re Seeking:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois
• LBS1 endorsement required
• Experience teaching or supporting K-12 students with diverse learning needs
• Comfort working independently, whether in-person or via virtual platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Open to candidates prepared for a 35-hour work week

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs across K-12 grade levels
• Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, school staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document interventions
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent communications
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment
