Building And Construction Project Manager

In this Building and Construction Project Manager role in Rochester, NY

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
