Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Cycle) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE Employment Type: Long Term Opportunity

We are partnering with a well established organization in Phoenix that is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a high volume, full cycle AP role within a professional corporate environment offering long term stability and an outstanding company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volume accounts payable transactions from invoice receipt through payment
• Perform three way matching and verify invoice accuracy
• Review vendor contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with payment terms and requirements
• Interpret contract language related to invoicing, billing schedules, pricing, and payment obligations
• Code and enter invoices in SAP
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage vendor communications and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with month end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and AP tracking

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience in a high volume environment
• Experience working in SAP required
• Strong Excel skills, including (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply vendor contracts, payment agreements, and purchasing documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Manufacturing or logistics industry experience is highly preferred
