Your Role What You Will Contribute

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in various areas including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Examine test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing whenever needed.
• Document all analytical procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or interns, and help uphold our rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health program, along with ASCP or AMT certification preparedness.

Necessary Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your time with us.
