Bilingual IT Help Desk Specialist (English/Spanish)

JD and Must-Haves:
- Retail POS/Payments support, with hands-on Client Retalix R10 / Radiant / CX7 / 770x POS platform experience
- Experience with fuel & forecourt systems — Site Controller, fuel dispensers, Price Advantage/Price Book integration
- Strong log analysis skills (POS, FUEL PC, Windows Event Viewer) for advanced troubleshooting
- ITIL-based incident & problem management experience; comfortable owning a problem backlog end-to-end
- Scripting/automation exposure (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or RPA) to build L0/L1 self-heal solutions
- Experience working with POS/payment vendors (Client, Verifone) to drive permanent fixes via JIRA/ServiceNow
- Excellent stakeholder communication — able to work directly with client SHD/L2 leads and internal teams
