Job Summary

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patientsacross the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in quality initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and population health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification, as applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team.

Preferred:Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole.

Languages

Advanced English required. Spanish and Creole preferred.

Travel

Flexibility to travel to other Sanitas locations within the market may be required based on business needs.
