What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure in good standing in Illinois or eligibility to obtain Illinois licensure. ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred. Illinois Educator License or eligibility preferred. Experience providing school-based speech and language services, including assessments and IEP development. Experience with district- or state-level documentation and compliance requirements. Experience working with children across developmental and school-age levels preferred. What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
