Senior Counsel, Complex Commercial Transactions
GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. INC.
GlobalFoundries U.S. INC. seeks an experienced attorney to independently manage drafting and negotiation of complex sales transactions. You will lead high‑value deals, coordinating GF teams and guiding executives through the process in a fast‑paced environment.
The role requires a J.D., 10+ years of experience, exceptional drafting/negotiation skills, and fluency in English, with up to 10% travel. Office locations include Austin and other GF sites as needed.
