Principal Demand Generation Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for uniting cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. You’ll act as a central connecting point between go‑to‑market teams—ensuring we align with the company’s overarching priorities and deliver measurable growth. Impact you will have Strategic Alignment: Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half‑year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval. Business Driver/SME: Inform and champion transformational operational excellence—a strong, scalable operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process. Data‑Driven Insights: Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision‑making and strategic adjustments. Forward Thinking: Advocate and prioritize a roadmap, ask about the future of integrated campaign development, and identify and prioritize high‑impact projects to help scale the organization effectively. What we look for 7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years are in demand generation in a high‑growth SaaS startup. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at influencing across senior levels. Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross‑functional alignment. Comfort working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and managing competing priorities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and campaign performance analysis. Past experience working on integrated campaigns with expertise in end‑to‑end campaign development, execution, and measurement. Ability to prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas; strong growth mindset and openness to new opportunities.
