Under the supervision of the project manager, you will work on several challenging and enriching projects. Your main tasks will be: Advise and train our clients on the use of our various software; Ensure the achievement of learning objectives; Develop course plans; Plan the material to be covered during sessions; Participate in the web academy by developing training paths; Create training capsules using Synthesia; Be able to travel to clients (occasionally and only upon request); Bring your ideas to improve the learning process; Integrate and effectively use artificial intelligence tools in daily activities, notably to optimize training and improve the efficiency of interventions. Professional Skills: If you have a college diploma/bachelor's degree in accounting or any other relevant discipline or equivalent experience as a trainer, as well as the following skills: Have good knowledge in accounting (GL, Customers, Suppliers, Payroll) – minimum 1 to 2 years of experience; Demonstrate good teaching abilities; Have good coordination skills for different professional activities; Have excellent adaptability and reaction skills; Be an excellent team player, have a positive attitude and open-mindedness; Be able to maintain professional relationships even in difficult situations; Have a good command of French (both written and spoken); Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Interest and openness to integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily work; Bonus points if you have knowledge of municipal accounting.
