About the Role:
Join ALMA FONDA FINA LLC as a Server/Bartender in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA! This dynamic role offers a chance to showcase your hospitality skills in a vibrant environment while providing exceptional service to our valued guests.
Local Santa Barbara chef and Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner Ramon Velazquez is bringing his elevated Mexican cuisine to Montecito Country Mart. Their new restaurant, Alma, will feature their award-winning ceviche, local organic farmers market produce, and a selection of local and international wines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, both for food and drinks.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any needs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid food handler's permit and bartending license.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
