Honest Hospitality Team is seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Meal Room Concierge to join our team at the Raiders Headquarters in Henderson, Nevada. This is a unique opportunity to work within a professional sports performance and nutrition environment, providing exceptional hospitality.

Our Meal Room Concierges are much more than traditional food service attendants. They are the face of the dining experience welcoming guests, anticipating needs, maintaining an exceptional environment, and helping ensure every meal period runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, notices the little things, and understands that outstanding hospitality is often about addressing a need before someone has to ask.

As a Meal Room Concierge, you will help manage the daily guest experience throughout the Raiders Performance and Nutrition Center. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome players, coaches, staff, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, polished, and inviting meal room.
• Monitor food and beverage stations throughout service and ensure they remain stocked and presentation-ready.
• Restock beverages, coolers, coffee stations, condiments, utensils, disposables, and other service items.
• Monitor meal room equipment and promptly communicate operational or maintenance concerns.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and special needs while providing timely and thoughtful service.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, meal periods, services, and daily operations.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, operations, and fellow concierge team members.
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and company service standards.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative rather than waiting to be directed.
• Remain composed, professional, and guest-focused during busy service periods.
• Assist with additional hospitality and operational responsibilities as business needs require.

Who We’re Looking For?

• Hospitality-minded – You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating a great experience.
• Warm and personable – You are approachable, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of guests.
• Professional and discreet – You understand the importance of professionalism, appropriate communication, confidentiality, and boundaries in a high-profile environment.
• Detail-oriented – You notice when something needs to be cleaned, replenished, adjusted, or communicated.
• Proactive – You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done.
• Calm under pressure – You can maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator – You listen well, communicate clearly, and know when to escalate an issue.
• A team player – You understand that exceptional service requires strong collaboration between front-of-house, culinary, and leadership.
• Dependable – Attendance, punctuality, accountability, and consistency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, guest service, restaurant, hotel, concierge, or similar experience preferred.
• At least one year of guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

The current job description also requires fluency in written and spoken English because the position relies heavily on direct guest and team communication.

Why Honest Hospitality?

We are looking for team members who value integrity, accountability, teamwork, communication, consistency, and genuine care for the guest experience. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced culinary and operations team in a truly unique professional sports environment.
