Pay: $21 – $22.41 per hour
Location: Sacramento, CA 94565
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with the office closed every other Friday (80 hours every two weeks).
Start: August 28, 2026
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring Customer Service Representatives for temp-to-hire assignments at an Office environment in Sacramento, CA. Customer Service Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Responsible for the flow of customer queries and complaints. To do well in this role, incumbent need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

What You'll Do

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller/visitor
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Processing work orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints after calls and/or visits
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Foster ongoing relationships by resolving any issues quickly

What You Bring - Required

• Experience: Experience working in a customer support environment
• Education: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• Licenses and Certificates: Must possess and maintain an applicable California Driver License and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier
