Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.Your Typical Day: As a Customer Service Representative, your day starts by scheduling and coordinating incoming service calls, ensuring each technician is assigned based on skill set and location. You keep the dispatch board updated and forecast workloads to prepare for the days ahead. Throughout the day, you're in constant communication-dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, and following up on pending work. You also manage maintenance agreements, update customer records, and handle purchase orders as needed.
